RentFromAPM.com provides tenants a means to search for property listings based on specified filter criteria. If you click on the Search Link, you will be taken to a form that allows you to filter down for specific properties. If you do not select any filters and then you press Search button at the bottom of the screen, all property listings will be retrieved. This is not recommended. You will want to specify at least one filter to narrow the search. Let's say you want to see all of the two bedroom listings between the price range of 300 and 500. You can see all of these properties by selecting 2 in the Bedrooms dropdown list. Then you will need to enter 300 in the Min Rent column and 500 in the Max Rent column. Finally you will need to press the Search button at the bottom of the screen to view the properties. This takes you to a form with a few details such as the address, number of bedrooms/baths, the type of listing and the rent price. You can see more details by clicking on the Address link. This takes you to another form where you can see all of the details about this specific listing. If the owner/landlord has uploaded a picture, you will be able to view the property. At the home page, you can also do a quick search by entering any or all of the following filters. (Bedrooms, Type, Min and Max Rent) Once you have done this, you simply press the Search button to retrieve your listings.
